Shipping policy

At Karis the Label, we take pride in delivering your luxury pieces with care, precision, and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy below for information on how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During new collection launches or promotional periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing due to high order volume.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post or StarTrack. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations.

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days
    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased on pre-order will be shipped once available. Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays due to customs, courier issues, or peak periods may occur. Karis the Label is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@karisthelabel.com so we can assist you promptly.
