Refund policy

Sometimes things don’t work out – we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

For added ease, you’ll find our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery for a hassle-free process. Just make sure you send your return back to us within 14 days of receipt. You can access your profile here.

If you’ve mislaid your returns sheet, don’t panic. Just send us an email at HELLO@KARISTHELABEL.COM and we’ll be happy to help.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry – we make sure this is clearly stated upon purchase.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
